Controls: IEC fused disconnect switch and magnetic motor starters with overload and low-voltage protection. Power supply provides low voltage (24 volts DC) control to all push buttons at operator's control panel and machine lighting circuits. PLC control and drives mounted in moisture tight compartment with vibration isolation mountings.

MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT
ROLLER TABLES may be either “Dead” (Non-Powered) or “Live” (Power Driven) tables using standard sections of 5’ 0” (1524 mm) or 10’ 0” (3048 mm) overall lengths. Ball Bearing Rollers spaced on 20” (508 mm) centers are mounted in sturdy cast iron pillow blocks.
ROLLER TABLE SECTIONS are manufactured in two styles; First Sections and Extension Sections. First Roller Table Sections are designed for attachment to the machine bed. Extension Table Sections are designed for attachment to First Sections and can be combined with additional 5’ 0” (1524 mm) or 10’ 0” (3048 mm) Extension Table Sections to make up the required length of track.

LIVE (POWER DRIVEN) ROLLER-TABLE SECTIONS
Power Roller Tables are available for the Series 2125 Automatic Indexing Machines. A Series 2125 Automatic Indexing Saw equipped with live (powered) roller tables becomes a dual purpose saw. It can be used for both Automatic Indexing Production cutting and for sawing of longer heavier material requiring fewer cuts and more material handling per length. Powered loading tables may also be used for moving heavy material onto the Shuttle Table for automatic sawing. When combined with an Automatic 2125 Saw, the Powered Rollers on the INFEED SIDE must be coordinated to rotate with the forward movement Automatic Index (Shuttle) vise.
EPF106: First Section Live Roller Table 10’ 0” (3048 mm) Long: Designed for use as the first section on the Entry or Discharge side of machine. Six powered Ball Bearing rollers, 4.5” (114 mm) diameter, spaced on 20” (508 mm) centers; 6 Flush Plates (Discharge side only), and Coolant Pan. Controls located at operator’s station. APRI: Automatic Power Roller Interface: Provides power to operate in-feed/discharge roller tables.
