Judging and Selection Process and Criteria

Judging Process

  1. Each Sector Diversity Action Council (if applicable) or Be-A-star committee will select their Sector’s winner based on the criteria provided. This submission will be judged with other sector submissions for the North American President’s Five Jewel Award Winner.
  2. Once a winner has been chosen, the Sector Diversity Action Council or Be-A-star committee will send the winning submission to Tameka Green, Diversity Generalist, no later than Wednesday, August 1, 2012 for judging the North American winner.
  3. A Committee will decide who will receive the Compass Group North American President’s Five Jewel Award. The North American winner will not be announced until the Be-A-star National Awards Celebration.
  4. The CEO and/or CDO will announce the North American winner of the Compass Group’s President’s Five Jewel Award at the Be-A-star National Awards Celebration.
