Meeting Minutes:
Treasurer’s Report:
Receipts for the month included membership dues and car show registrations. Disbursements included a down payment for the tee shirts.
Discussions:
-There was a question raised at the meeting regarding the 25th Anniversary banner and it was decided by the members to raffle it off as part of the 50/50 drawing.
-A lengthy discussion developed pertaining to the Highwinders dissatisfaction with the number of Slate Belt members attending the Sticks Reunion Committee meetings. Normally we have 2 – 3 members along with 1 co-member attending the meetings on an ongoing basis. The question raised by our president is how many members are necessary to attend these meetings. The May 27th meeting we had 3 members and 1 co-member attend the meeting which was more than necessary.
-The next meeting will be on June 9, 2014 at 7:00pm at the Regal Dodge pavillon sandwiches and refreshments will be provided by the club.
