2. Trouble free DSL Lines and Packages

We can control your client’s lines for you through Telkom. No more waiting in queues on the phone to fix issues or report a fault. We offer migration, upgrading and downgrading of lines as a smooth transition in services.

We will bill you for the client’s DSL portion of their Telkom line thereafter but all the problems and woes in getting lines connected or repaired are on our shoulders. You never have to devote time and energy in sorting obstacles, except but for reporting any problems to Imaginet staff.

DSL LINES

We are able to migrate a client's DSL line services to our control from Telkom, which reduces the monthly rental fee, and makes administration of those services easier for the client. Should the client wish to upgrade or downgrade their line, the request can be placed through Imaginet instead of through Telkom. If any faults occur on a line which Imaginet controls, we can liaise with Telkom to log and repair the fault on the client’s behalf.

Imaginet supports VDSL services as well, but VDSL is only available in selected areas.

DSL PER GB PACKAGES

This package is a usage-based service designed to appeal to customer who wants to better manage their Internet usage. With DSL Per GB the customer determines their own limits.

In brief, each user will be set up with their own username, and be assigned a pre-agreed upon data limit. When a user’s limit is reached, the package will be disabled until the following month; the intention is to facilitate the customers’ Internet usage management. Users may however, if they so choose, set a second limit on their account, which would enable them to use more data than their particular account allows. This limit can even be adjusted after the primary limit has been reached, allowing users to effectively “top up” their accounts. It is important that customers’ convenience remain a top priority.

You can sell this flexible package to your client by emphasising that they are inCONTROLOF ADMINISTERING THEIR INTERNET USAGE AND SUBSEQUENT COST, AND THAT THEY CHOOSE THEIR OWN LIMITon super smooth and unshaped bandwidth. While this CUSTOM PACKAGE allows your clients to top up their accounts as needed, excess traffic provides an added income for you if you have customers who are heavy Internet users.
