A. CALL TO ORDER
Committee Chairperson, Larry Johnson, called the meeting to order at 7:40 P.M.
B. ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA – Resolution No. 93/13

Be it resolved that the LUD Committee of Cranberry Portage adopt the October 1, 2013 Agenda as Amended.

Be it resolved that the LUD Committee of Cranberry Portage adopt the September 9, 2013 Minutes as presented, all statutory requirements being fulfilled.

1. Town Foreman’s Report – Attached.
· Updated the Committee on the #1 and park lift stations
· Bought another pump for the lift stations
· Reported water break by the tracks – repair asap
· Committee requested floor in water treatment plant be painted, road reports more frequently, and for the town foreman to use his bank time and notify the LUD office when this is happening.
· Reported that pictures of the water treatment plant will be sent to the newsletter

1. September 2013 General Accounts – Resolution No. 95/13

Be it resolved that the LUD Committee of Cranberry Portage recommends to the R.M. of Kelsey to approve payment of the September 2013 General Accounts for Cranberry Portage as submitted totaling $6859.34.

Be it resolved that the LUD Committee of Cranberry Portage recommends to the R.M. of Kelsey to approve payment of the LUD Committee Indemnities from July – September 2013 for Cranberry Portage as submitted totaling $1290.00.

1. Quote to evacuate refrigerant from fridges – Resolution N0. 98/13

Be it resolved that the LUD Committee of Cranberry Portage recommends to the R.M. of Kelsey that Grass River Heating & Cooling evacuate refrigerant from fridges at a cost of $30.00/unit.
