Review of previous meeting - A request for 'Pinnys' as stated in Novembers meeting, committee would like this order to go ahead, ready to be used for the years upcoming events.

Finance - Financial update was presented to the committee. Balance now stands at £1350.54 with £46.06 still to be banked.(This was monies left over from non-uniform day) after pantomime was paid for. A well done was quoted for the £34.00 raised at Rykneld Christmas fair.

Panto - General panto feedback was very positive, but it was felt it was more appealing to Key Stage 3 rather than Key stage 4, although that being said it was generally enjoyed by both staff and pupils alike.

Spring egg hunt - Leaflet given out to the committee for the spring egg hunt.Large bulk of the leaflets were distributed to Wendy, Michaela and Bridget to give out at Rykneld/Anglesey school and pre-school toddler groups. Consideration was taken of other local junior school such as Christ Church etc. It was agreed that advertisement was priority. Becky Ryan said she would notify office to remind parents of the event by text message nearer to the date. It was agreed to put notice up in the staff room requesting volunteers for the event. It was also confirmed that there would be hot/cold drinks & snacks available on the day. New date for the event is Saturday 29th April 10 till 12.

A O B - Michaela Gladwin questioned the time of our annual summer fair, it is currently on the school Calendar to be held on the 5th July between 4 and 6 pm. Concerns were raised about clubs may still be going on at school, parents may still be at work etc. Some Rykneld parents queried the time, so it was agreed that this would be discussed further in March at our next meeting.

Mr Howell asked Sarah Challenger Hay to thank the PTA for organising the Panto.

Rykneld PTA asked if we wanted to book a table at their summer fair, of which we said yes.The YMCA and Rykneld school requested a table at our annual summer fair.

Bag pack - Still awaiting correspondence from Morrisons. Brief discussion on Health/Safety/Behaviour if this was to go ahead.

Becky Ryan agreed to update the minutes of the meeting on the website.

Attendance of meetings were discussed, it was agreed that an email would be sent to all current members to keep them informed of events and to see if they wanted to continue to volunteer on the PTA.

Liz Day had requested that she would like to update all current members emails addresses as some were failing to deliver on system, It was agreed that a txt message would be sent out to members to clarify this.

New Paget E-News was discussed and it was agreed to let Brenda know in the office of our next meeting date and put in a request for a volunteer recruitment advertisement.

A Bingo night was discussed, Liz Day to speak to Bella Manek about arranging hire of the Dining or Activities Hall in the spring.

Curry Takeaway was also discussed, some ideas of how to promote culture and raise money at the same time.
