Note: If submitting via the On Line Bidding System, a hard copy of the 5% bid bond must be received in the Purchasing Office no later than 2:00 PM on the due date.
- Please allow enough time for proposals to download.
- Attachments cannot be more than 25MB
- Bidders are encouraged to submit On Line but if not, CPO will download proposals on to our On Line bidding System and you will receive an email from the system advising you that your proposal was downloaded.
- Once award has been made the System will send you an email notifying you of the award or non-award.

- FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS (50 POINTS) Lowest responsive bidder/bidder cost X 50% =_

- SIMILAR PROJECT EXPERIENCE (20 POINTS) Please provide information on projects most similar to this project.
- COMPOSITION OF PROJECT TEAM (20 POINTS) Themakeup and resumes of key personnel is required from the GC’s only. We may, at a later date, ask for such documentation related to subcontractors.
- COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATORY AGENCIES (10 POINTS)
