Mr. EnockNamakandoNyambe,recently was the M&E Officer for ICAP at Columbia University in Zambia where he worked on the Nursing Education Program Initiative (NEPI) and provided technical support, trainings to M&E focal point persons in NEPI supported training institutions and participated in the development of evaluation SOPs, Protocols and facilitated submission to local IRBs for ethical approvals. Prior to joining ICAP, Mr. Nyambe served as an M&E Officer and Grant Administrator at Development Aid from People to People (DAPP) under the Total Control of the Epidemic (TCE) project targeting key and general population clients with HIV/AIDS prevention and care services in Lusaka and Southern provinces of Zambia, where he created a key population clients capturing database, risk assessment checklist, revised the referral forms and prepared the project’s M&E strategy. Previously, Mr. Nyambe served as M&E Officer with ZHECT under the Corridors of Hope (COH III) project, where he trained staff on data collection focused on female sex workers and their clients,and coordinated and implemented all M&E activities in Chirundu and Siavonga districts. Mr. Nyambe has also served as Supervisor for FHI 360 in the mapping and size estimations of female sex workers and long distance truck drivers in Chirundu district, prior to the fifth round of the Integrated Bio-Behavioral Survey (IBBS). Mr. Nyambe sits on the following Technical Working Groups in-country: M&E, Human Resource and Family Planning. He also possesses technical expertise in SPSS, EPi-info, Microsoft office package,DHIS, geographic information system (GIS) and DATIM (PEPFAR Electronic Reporting System).
