PREPARATORY LANGUAGE COURSE and SOCIO-CULTURAL PROGRAM:
2nd to 15th SEPTEMBER 2010
From Thursday 2nd to Wednesday 15th September 2010, we are offering a preparatory language course and a socio-cultural program for foreign exchange students (Erasmus or Bilateral Agreements) who are to study at Savoie University, during the full 2010/2011 academic year.
The target public is students with an intermediate level of French who feel that they might have trouble understanding lectures without such language preparation. The course will be accompanied by a socio-cultural program (visits, lectures, meetings, visits to the region) aimed at making it easier for the students to get to know one of France’s most beautiful regions.
If you intend to register for a course at Chambéry or Le Bourget du Lac, you will follow the language course and socio-cultural program at Chambéry.
If you intend to register for a course at Annecy, you will follow the language course and socio-cultural program at Annecy.
DON'T GO TO THE WRONG PLACE !
Two options are offered :
Option n°1 : 31 hours of French language lessons + socio-cultural program = 4 ECTS credits
Fee :180 Euros
Option n°2 : Socio-cultural program ONLY (reserved for students with a good level of French)
Fee :75 Euros
ERASMUS students : this period can be included in your ERASMUS grant.
IMPORTANT
PAYMENT :
Either a cheque in Euros made out to: Monsieur l’Agent Comptable de l’Université de Savoie.
Or an international money order : specify to the bank, that the bank costs are your duty.
IMPORTANT NOTE : in case of cancellation after 15th July 2010, the deposit will not be returned.
None registration at the preparatory language course and socio-cultural program will be accepted without previous payment.
The detailed organisation of the first days of the course will be communicated in the information package
that you will receive with your admission form.
