Prep School Co-Curricular Clubs
Our co-curricular programme provides enrichment opportunities for your girls so that they become challenged, motivated and well rounded individuals. You will find attached a collated list of all the clubs on offer within the Prep Department. Clubs marked in red are run by external organisations and will have associated costs and contracts. Please fill out your contact details so that the club leader can contact you directly with further details. If your daughter is already a member of one of these external clubs, she will continue to be a member unless you give written notice, as agreed within your contract. However, for Prep clubs run by teachers, you may wish your daughter to switch things around and try some new skills next term.

Clubs will run from the week beginning Monday 18 September.
Once a place has been confirmed, you will receive a letter from the club leader with details of any costs and dates that the club will run in the Summer term. Please note that some clubs have minimum or maximum numbers, so the letter will confirm that the club will run and that your daughter can take part this term. Please keep a record of the dates and be aware that there are some weeks when certain clubs cannot run due to other events.
Pupils taking peripatetic instrumental lessons are expected to join the Prep Orchestra to give them opportunities for collaborative playing, however this club is open to all, no matter whether they already have an instrument or not.
You will also see that we have some new clubs running, including Performance Club, which will teach about aspects of putting on a stage show such as acting skills, voice projection, lighting and sound. We also have athletics coaching provided by Aspire to Greatness Athletics Academy.

Costs:
Ballet & Dance lessons: £60 for 10 lessons.
Speech and Drama: £55 per 10 lessons.
Tennis: £54 per term or pro rata.
Athletics:
Martial Arts: £65 per term
Gymnastics: Year 1 - £35 per 10 ½ hour lessons
Rec – Year 2: £80 for 10 lessons
Year 2 – Year 5: £65 for 10 x 1¼ hour lessons
Mandarin: Class charged per year, pro rata. Estimate £70 per year added to school invoice
Eco warriors: £5 per term, paid in cash.
Science: £5 per term, paid in cash.
Art: £5 per term, paid in cash.
Year 6 Cookery: £25 added to the end of term bill
