PREMIERE SUITES INTRODUCES ‘ESSENTIAL’ CATEGORY OF EXTENDED STAY ACCOMMODATION

Complementing Premiere’s best-in-class ‘Executive Suite,’ the addition of the ‘Essential Suite’ will provide greater choice appealing to all levels of professionals and families seeking longer-term, temporary residences

VAUGHAN, ON – Canada’s largest provider of extended stay accommodation has adapted its inventory of fully-furnished apartments to better suit its extensive list of corporate and personal clients. The addition of the more accessible ‘Essential Suite’ will extend Premiere Suites product offering and complement their existing portfolio of ‘Executive Suites’.

“To be honest, the differences will be primarily the buildings in which they reside,” said Jeff Brookhouser, President of Premiere Suites. “Our corporate executives, who are used to the quality and convenience of our current Executive Suite product, will see no change in what we’ve always provided.

“But there’s a range of mid-level professionals, and families, who don’t necessarily need or expect some of the amenities that traditionally come with our Executive Suites, and who may only be able to justify a certain price point. That’s the market that our Essential Suites are focused on serving.”

The “subtle” differences between Executive and Essential suites might include items such as in-suite laundry facilities, on-site parking, and different levels and tastes of furnishings and fixtures. All suites will continue to provide all the services and amenities that one has always expected of Premiere Suites – including conveniences such as flat-panel televisions, complimentary wi-fi, dedicated work spaces, and proximity to workplaces wherever possible.

Premiere Suites will be introducing its new Essential brand as part of the roll-out of a new consumer-oriented website, on August 1st, 2014.

available across the country, and every one is different, so it’s important that our visitors and clients see and understand what we have, and how they differ.
