What is PSA?

  • PRE-SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT (PSA) is intended to match-make and facilitate one-on-one meetings between exhibitors and qualified buyers during the exhibition.
  • Through the PSA System, it allows exhibitors and qualified buyers to make appointments even before they arrive at the event and manage their time more efficiently.
  • PSA allows exhibitors and qualified buyers to obtain with certainty a specific number of appointments over the duration of the exhibition.

How PSA Works?

  • Comprehensive information on both exhibitors and potential buyers like company's profile and interested products and services will be captured in the PSA System and make available for all participants of PSA to view.
  • Participants will be given their unique ID to login and access the PSA system.
  • Before the exhibition, participants can login and make their selection of organizations they would like to have appointments with.
  • The PSA system allows participants to make changes to their scheduled appointments until the closing date. Thereafter, no more changes can be made.
  • More details of how PSA works is available when you are successfully registered as a PSA participant.

How to participate?

  • PSA is open to all exhibitors, hosted buyers and trade / industry buyers.
  • For trade/ industry buyers – they must fulfil the following qualifying criteria to be accepted into the PSA program.
  • Core business must relevant to the industry
  • Purchase authority
  • Serious business enquires.
