Pre-reservation for Tern of the Century, Corolla, North Carolina
1. Pre-reservation:
A pre-reservation made through Grey Wolf Investments, LLC, for Tern of the Century, Corolla, North Carolina guarantees that your preferred week in 2008 will be available to you. A rental management company will take over the rental and management of Tern of the Century on January 1, 2008 after which time all contracts and monies due will be handled by the management company.
2. Confirming Your Rental Reservation:
In order to confirm your pre-reservation you must sign one copy of this pre-reservation form and return it to Grey Wolf Investments along with a check for $500.00 made out to Grey Wolf Investments, LLC. Receipt of the $500.00 deposit will hold the week you have requested .This check WILL BE DEPOSITED and held until the earlier of, (a) a Rental Agreement is signed and returned along with the deposit required by the management company, at which time the entire deposit will be returned, (b) this pre-reservation is cancelled in writing prior to December 31, 2007, at which time a $100 Rental Administration fee will be retained by Grey Wolf LLC and $400 will be returned within 14 calendar days to the Party Responsible for the deposit check, or, (c) January 1, 2008, at which time the full amount of the deposit becomes non-refundable and the pre-reservation becomes null.
3. Finalizing Your Rental Reservation and Lease:
A rental management company will send you a Rental Agreement, which will include fees and taxes that are required by the State of North Carolina and/or the rental company. The Rental Agreements are generally sent out in November and must be returned by January 1st along with partial payment as set forth in the Agreement.
4. Last Payment For Your Rental Home:
The terms of the Rental Agreement will specify exactly when your final payment is due to be paid but generally the remainder of your rental balance is due 30 days before you are due to arrive for your vacation.
