Research Experience

·  Developed the tin oxide thick film paste in the laboratory.

·  Prepared the lead glass powder (used as binder in development of thick film paste).

·  Designed and fabricated tin oxide thick film gas sensors on alumina substrate by screen printing process. Expertise in screen preparation, screen printing, firing.

·  Designed and fabricated thick film sensor arrays.

·  Characterized the sensor/sensor array by I-V techniques

·  Material characterization by SEM, XRD.

·  Fabrication of Pd gate MOS gas sensor. Experience in clean room facility, thermal oxidation process, optical lithography, etching, metallization by vacuum evaporation method, annealing.

·  Characterized the MOS gas sensor by C-V and G-V and evaluated the interface charge density, fixed charge density.

Teaching Experience

·  Worked as Asst. Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, ICFAI University, Dehradun (Jan 2010 – July 2011).

·  Two academic year teaching experience as a lecturer in K.N.I. P.S.S., Sultanpur, UP.
