Job Summary

Under moderate supervision and reporting directly to the Sales Support Supervisor, this full time, hourly position is responsible for helping deliver profitable growth. Develops and implements marketing and advertising campaigns. Maintains promotional materials, plans trade shows and maintains company website and social media outlets.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns as necessary.
  • Monitors company website for SEOand lead generation. Manages Google AdWords, Keywords and findings.
  • Construct and launch monthly E-publication. Communicate company representative travels in monthly E-pub. Establish results through reports, charts etc. and take action on them. Coordinate and deliver E-mail campaigns as assigned. Initiate and distribute customer surveys.
  • Develop content, plan and execute company webinars.
  • Create new materials for and maintain all social media outreach.
  • Integrate marketing efforts with company CRM database.
  • Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies and white papers.
  • Assist in designing new marketing materials such as brochures, spec sheets and flyers. Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating inventory and order entry with vendors.
  • Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends and forecasts available.
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing and ads.
  • Create and manage advertising strategy.
  • Aid in trade show planning, booth rentals, material handling etc.
  • Promotes a positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • Marketing or Business Bachelor’s degree necessary. Ideal entry level career opportunity. Will consider a candidate with equivalent related experience.
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate both written and verbal.
  • Confident, engaging, people person.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and advance ideas and solutions in a continuous improvement inclined company.
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work productively individually or in teams.
  • CRM and Microsoft knowledge ideal or ability to learn CRM quickly.
