Post Prom – Class of 2012

North Allegheny High School

The North Allegheny Post Prom has been heralded as one of the finest senior class events in the area and is a tradition that spans generations of students. The event is held immediately after the senior prom and provides the senior class with a fun, safe and memorable celebration. Most importantly, it reduces the risks that can adversely affect the graduation experience.

The prom will be held at the Omni William Penn on Saturday, May 26 with the post prom beginning at midnight and concluding at 5:00 am on Sunday, May 27. This year’s theme “Viva Las Vegas” will include games, food, prizes, dancing and live acts.

The post prom is planned, hosted and funded by the parents of the seniors. The success of the post prom is dependent upon parental support. Please donate your time, talent or material resources in any way to see this event through. Help is needed on every committee. Only 30 families of over 600 students have volunteered to date. Please respond to the Committee Chair listed on the reverse side of this letter with your desire to volunteer. The next meeting is Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the NASH library. Please come and bring a friend.

Of significant importance, the Post- Prom is made possible primarily through the generous donations of parents. If every family would make a financial contribution the attendance costs to students can be reduced. Financial donations can be directed as outlined below.

In years past business donations have also been solicited to help with funding the post prom. If your business or a local business that you are aware of would be willing to contribute to this event, we would be appreciative if you would provide to them the separate enclosed letter asking for their support.

Every contribution will be recognized on the NA Wall of Fame at the Post Prom and is greatly appreciated.
