CRUDE STABILIZATION UNIT: PROCESS

Familiar with wellhead, oil chokes, HP, & LP separators (Three Phase). Dehydration Tank, Heat Exchangers, Demulsifier & Anti foam injection, other chemicals (Scale inhibitor, Corrosion Inhibitor, water Clarifier, DRA(drag reduce agent)oxygen scavenger, etc.) injection rate calculations, chemical injection pumps (Electrical and air drive) Desalting crude through electric desalters, Produced Water Tank, Skimmer Tank, Tilted plate Tank ,Gas boot, produced water flash drum, knock out drum, Pig launching and receiving ,foam, scraper, cup and intelligent preparation of daily production reports (Gas, oil & water), Well

GAS FIELD EXPERIENCE: GAS DEHYDRATION UNIT

The dehydration consists of two sections. 1. Dehydration section and 2 Glycol Regeneration section. Natural gas from HP. Test separator constitutes feed to Gas Dehydration system.Glycol purification, Glycol Regeneration, Natural Gas Dehydration (8 trays), Coalesce filter, Glycol Contactor, Glycol flash drum, Cartridge type filter operation, Lean/ Rich Glycol Heat Exchanger, All filter changing, Glycol Regeneration, Still Column, Glycol pumping, Tank Level, Dew point maintaining (khan Sensor). Taking of plant shutdown and start - up operation. Pre& super Heater’s for fuel gas. Heating& Heat Exchangers. Maintain the Reboiler Temperature (170 c). Fuel gas, stripping gas, pilot gas & Blanket gas Supply. Three way valve checking, Nacap Mixing, etc.

GAS SWEETENING UNIT:

Methyl Diethanol Amine (MDEA) is used to absorb the H2S from the sour gas. It consists of two sections; Absorption section is Amine Contactor and Amine regeneration section. Operation and control of the Absorber, Knock Out Drum, Heat Exchangers and maintain the MDEA temp. Control the level of rich amine flash drum, RichLean Amine exchanger, Regenerator, Control the lean amine flash drum, operation of vapor compressors and Reflux pumps

GAS COMPRESSION UNIT:

Handled different types of Gas Compressor(Reciprocation, Centrifugal& Screw Type) GasCompressor Start up& Shut down, Cylindrical lube oil Maintenance, Compressor unit pre lube oil level MTCE, Engine crankcase oil level maintenance, Coolant water level,RPM setting, inter collar operation,Temperature maintenance, Scrubber pump operation, Fuel gas Filter separator operation & Isolation, Recycle, PCV operation. Temperature logging Suction, Discharge valve leaking. Engine cylinder function. Cylinder fire order. Fuel gas splurging, Cooled water supply SDV & BDV operation. Trouble shooting, etc.

PROPANE COLUMN:

Propane Column Start up & Shut down Procedure , Propane Compressor operation,Propane Chilling Unit, Lube oil panel Operation, Accumulator Level maintenance, Pcv Function , Maintain the chiller level & Scrubber level, Maintain the Propane Temperature, Isolation, etc.

SULPHER RECOVERY UNIT:

Acid gas is coming from the sweetening unit to recover the Sulphur. Maintain the incinerator, knock out drums, oxidizer and absorber, adding catalytic reagents AR1310 and liquid Sulphur is transferred to Sulphur storage tank by transfer pumps.

DEWPOINT DEPRESSION UNIT:

The sweet and dehydrated gas is feeding the dew point depression unit in order to avoid condensation in the pipeline, so the heavy hydrocarbons need to be removed. It consists of two sections. Chill down section and Propane refrigeration section, Operation of the heat exchangers, Gas Chillers, Filter separators, Condensate transfer pumps, Propane compressors, knock out drums and Propane accumulators. Dispatch the gas at -2.5 deg. C.

CONDENSATE FRACTIONATION UNIT:

This is the gas expanding process, Feed gas supply, Feed gas cooling and drying, Feed gas chill down and separation, Lean gas compression and dispatch, Dryer regeneration, LPG Column, Refrigeration system, Fuel gas system, Control all of the dryers, Filters, Heat exchangers, Control and operation of LPG column reflux pump, LPG dispatch pumps, Expander and Compressor.

BOILER:

Fuel gas line operation. Burner ignition system operation. Temperature maintenance, LCV, PCV operation. Drainage PRV operation, Raw water sump operation, Chemical injection, Soft water tank operation, Boiler operation, Fuel gas line operation, Burner pilot operation etc…

GAS INJECTION UNIT:

Inject high pressure dehydrated gas into the well reservoir, Operation and maintenance of multistage gas compressors (Kawasaki cooper), Scrubbers, Inter Coolers, After Coolers, separators, Start up and shutdown operations of compressor at gas injection unit, control the dryers, pressurization/depressurization of the dryer, control the cool box, operations and maintenance of single state and expander, handling LPG dispatch centrifugal type compressors and NGL pumps.

WATER TREATMENT & WATER INJECTION PLANT:

To inject high-pressure water into well reservoir for maintaining the Reservoir level &pressure. Lube oil pump, Booster pump, sea water lifting pump, centrifugal & reciprocatingpump operation, Bactrocide coagulant, demulsifier, water clarifier, deformer, scale inhibiter all chemical calibration & dosing rateoperation.

UTILITIES:

Well experienced in utility operations such as Gas Turbine Generator, Utility & instrument Air Compressor, Centrifugal Pump, Piston Pumps, Water Treatment Plant, Produced Water Treatment Plant, Raw Water Treatment, sewage water and effluent treatment, cooling tower, chemical injection, And fire water pumps.
