Position Title: Client Relations Coordinator

Department: Business Operations

FLSA: Exempt

Status: Full time

Key Areas of Responsibility

Client Relationship Management

1.  Build strong, authentic relationships with client contacts

2.  Respond to client inquires (email and phone) regarding scitrain services. Determine the quality of the lead and redirect lead to manager.

3.  Discuss/negotiate terms of SOWs and Contracts for new clients (in conjunction with Account Consultants/Senior Leaders)

Sales Tracking & CRM Management

1.  Join Client Relations team meetings, track and update leads, and complete other tasks as necessary to support sales strategy

2.  Track new leads, and update sales tracking tools and CRM system

a.  Follow-up with other consultants/senior consultants on leads for new projects with existing clients

b.  Follow-up with team members with leads on new clients

Creation of Proposals & RFPs

1.  Create customized client proposals using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

2.  Ensure the completion of client RFPs by creating a project plan and working with scitrain subject matter experts

3.  Create client Statement of Work (SOW) documents that outline agreed upon services and investment information

4.  Work with scitrain legal department to adapt Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Master Service Agreements (MSA) to protect scitrain intellectual property and payment terms

Internal Collaboration

1.  Collaborate with scitrain invoicing contact to make sure SOWs are saved in our internal system and that payments are received in a timely fashion

2.  Work with internal contacts to assist with setup of vendor banking information to ensure direct deposit of client payments

3.  Support Consultants/Account Managers in the development of proposals, SOWs for existing clients

Other Activities

1.  Support other administrative activities required for the client relations/sales team (Including scheduling meetings, contacting external partners etc.)

2.  Edit webpage and social media pages as needed

3.  Support with development of promotional material for scitrain

4.  Travel occasionally for client projects/delivery

Qualifications

1.  2-3 years of work experience in a sales/customer facing role preferred

2.  Undergraduate degree preferred

5.  Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
