Conditions of entry
- To be run in accordance with 2017 Pony Club Tetrathlon Rules. Minimus rules and scoring apply to classes1,2 & 3. The decisions of the judges are final throughout.
- For insurance purposes, all competitors must be paid-up members of their Pony Club branch .
- Objections Swim and run times will be posted at the pool/running. Any queries should be taken up with the phase steward at that point and no more than 30 minutes after the scores are put up or posted on the noticeboard.
- Shooting Guns must be brought to tables in their boxes and opened only on command of the firing point steward. They must be boxed again before the competitor leaves the firing point. Guns may only be carried by those over 18 years or under the supervision of a person over 21 years. When not in use, guns must be stored in a secure place (ie, in a vehicle, out of sight). Any breach of safety rules may result in disqualification. Please ensure competitors are aware that footwear must not cover the ankle (ie, no boots). Long trousers must be worn and there should be no flesh showing beneath the trouser hem.
- Swimming Only people with ASA diving qualification from mini upwards will be permitted to start from the blocks. Please could team managers ensure all competitors are strong enough swimmers to complete at least one length of the pool (25m) confidentlywithout floatation aids and give realistic distances on the entry form.

Please:
-Sign the Shooting and Swimming competency declaration and send with entry form.
-Indicate team members clearly on the entry form. If no team is nominated, the Organisers will select team members and no alterations will be allowed. The Organisers reserve the right to alter teams on the day if necessary due to last-minute withdrawals. This will be done before scores have been posted.
-Make all competitors/parents aware of the Rules of the competition and that the decisions of the judges and stewarding officials is final.
-Mark on entry form if competitor is sharing gun, shoots with left hand or requires outside swim lane – CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE ON THE DAY.
