To receive disclosures of personal interests from members.

3. Well Being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015

To note the Well Being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 imposes a duty on public bodies including the Town Council to carry out sustainable development in accordance with the sustainable development principle and to act in a manner which seeks to ensure that the needs of the present are met without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

4. To consider the following resolution in respect of 5 only:

“That under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 (as amended), the public and accredited representatives of newspapers be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph specified against the item namely personal information relating to staff members and relating to the engagement of an employee.
