Newspaper Club- The Holy Family Newspaper Club is looking for aspiring journalists! Students will create articles related to current events at Holy Family School. Students will have fun interviewing others and writing articles to be published in the Holy Family Newspaper! Publications give students the opportunity not only to express themselves creatively, but also to learn the logistics of producing a distributed publication. Whether as writers or producers, our students will learn to rise to the challenge crafting interesting, respectable, and creative publications.

·  Who?

o  Aspiring journalists grades K through 8

·  When?

o  The club will run two to three times before each publication on a Monday.

o  The first Newspaper club will be on November 14, December 5th

§  publication date TBD

o  Please note, if there is a ½ day or no school, Newspaper club will not meet

·  Cost

o  There will not be a cost to join the newspaper club

·  Time

o  Newspaper club will run from 2:45-3:45 PM

o  Pickup time will be 3:45 P.M at the gym. Your child will be in aftercare (in the art room or playground) after this time.
