This Order disposes of the captioned application of Shri Naranbhai Mistry, S/o Chandaji Mistry, Plot No.564, Opp. Road No.10, Phase-II, GIDC, Kathvada, Ahmedabad-382430, seeking information under the RTI Act, 2005 received by the office of Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), SIDBI on February 13, 2013. The information seeker has desired to know the status of subsidy claim application under Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme (CLCSS) of M/s Natraj Industries, Term loan Rs. 80.00 lakh, and applied through Kalupur Commercial Co- Operative Bank Ltd, Kathwada Branch, Ahmedabad, and subsidy amount Rs.10,01,922/- and has requested that copy of sanction note and sanction letter also be send on email id .

The information seeker is informed that SIDBI process the eligibility of subsidy claims and lodge the same to O/o DC (MSME) for release of funds. Subsidy claim of Rs. 10, 01,922/- was processed by GSC, SIDBI and fund requested to Office of DC (MSME) on 16.04.2012. Subsequently, the claim is rejected by O/o DC (MSME) as it reached late to them. As per their instruction, the claim should have reached by 31.12.2011 as the reference date of the claim is 26.03.2011.
