Police Record Check

A Police Record Check (PRC) and Consent for a Criminal Record Check for a sexual offence for which a pardon has been granted or issued is a requirement of Application for Ordination to the Diocese of Niagara. Applicants may apply for the search as a “volunteer” through the diocese. In doing so either no or minimal cost would be incurred by the applicant.

Forms for the above-noted searches are available through your local police station, at the Synod Office from Jane Wyse, at your parish, or from your Regional Archdeacon.
