Please read all of the information below BEFORE you complete your registration forms. It is important that you understand the commitment you are making through your registration.

St. Theresa School admits students without regard to race, color, sex or ethnic origin. All rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded are made available to all students in the school. It does not discriminate in administration of its policies.

Students who are able to benefit from the programs provided by St. Theresa School shall be admitted on a space available basis within the following guidelines:

·  Current school families

·  Siblings of those students returning the following academic year

·  Registered active members of St. Theresa Parish

·  Registered active families of another Catholic parish

·  Families who desire a Catholic education

The completed registration form will reserve a space for your child. A yearly non-refundable registration fee is due, per student, each year. The registration fee can be paid when returning the completed registration forms or you can choose to be billed at a later date. A late fee of $25.00 per student will be charged if the registration fee is not paid by May 2017. If you are registering a new sibling of a child(ren) already attending St. Theresa School, you must complete a New Student Registration packet that will be sent to you. The completed packet should be returned to the office with the documentation indicated on the application.

Registrations will be considered PENDING if there are any outstanding fees owed to the school (tuition, Little Saints Academy Daycare, cafeteria, or the Before/After school program). If your child is not returning for the 2017/2018 school year, please complete and sign the bottom of the family registration form and return to the school office immediately.

Registration Timeline and Fees:

Currently enrolled students and new student siblings:

December 20, 2016-January 27, 2017 $100.00 for first student, $50.00 for each additional student

New students:

Open enrollment begins January 30, 2017 $100.00 for first student, $50.00 for each additional student

Financial assistance is available for families enrolled in St. Theresa School and who meet the criteria for E.I.T.C. scholarships. St. Theresa School can also award additional financial aid from The Marie Carr Scholarship Fund when applicable. If you are interested in any of the available financial aid programs please contact the school office or check our website for availability. If you apply for any financial aid we also encourage you to apply for the Free and Reduced lunch program and make purchases using the Smart Money Scholarship program to support the school.

Kindergarten and Preschool:

Kindergarten sessions are full day. Preschool morning and afternoon session preferences will be accepted on a first registered basis. Please indicate your preference on the Current Family Registration form by checking either morning or afternoon. Prior to the start of the school year all preschool and kindergarten children must be toilet-trained and able to attend to appropriate hygiene in the bathroom. No “pull-ups” or training pants are permitted. To enter kindergarten, children must be five years of age as of October 1st. No exceptions will be made regarding the age requirement for early enrollment. Preschool children must be four years of age as of October 1st to enter the Preschool 4 year old program and be three years of age as of October 1st to enter the Preschool 3 year old program.
