Registration and Tuition Policies:

In order to secure your child’s spot for the 2016-2017 school year, please provide the following:

At Registration:

-  Registration form

-  Non-refundable enrollment fee ($50) per family when you receive your enrollment letter(s) and packet(s).

By May 15th:

-  Enrollment Form

-  Non-refundable September tuition payment

By July 15th:

-  A copy of your child’s birth certificate and one or both parents photo ID (for new students only)

-  Your child’s physical form (Virginia School Health Entrance Form- avail. From VA Dept. of Health website)

Tuition is based on a monthly rate. The monthly tuition is due the 1st of each month. If your child’s tuition is received after the 10th your account will be charged a $20.00 late fee. Tuition payments do not change if your child has been ill or if school has been cancelled. Tuition that is two (2) months past due is presented to the St. Andrew Preschool Board and may result in your child not attending until the bill is resolved. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.

If you find it necessary to withdraw your child from St. Andrew Preschool, we require a 30 day notice and tuition will be expected for that month.
