TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
The MODEL hereby transfers to the ORGANISATION all rights to the MODEL's image as reproduced in the audio-visual materials taken at ……………………………………… on …………………………….
In so doing, the MODEL authorises the ORGANISATION to fix, reproduce, communicate and modify by any technical means the audio-visual materials covered by this contract. These materials may be reproduced in part or in full, on any support (paper, digital, magnetic, cloth, plastic, etc.) and incorporated into any other material (photograph, drawing, illustration, painting, video, animated work, etc.) currently known or yet to be invented.
The audio-visual materials may be exploited by the ORGANISATION anywhere in the world, in all forms of media (publications, Internet sites, books, press, packaging, design, etc.) and by any means whatsoever (sale, loan or other means of communication to the public, currently known or yet to be invented).
The MODEL authorises the use of his/her image in all circumstances, it being understood that the ORGANISATION shall refrain from any demeaning use of the MODEL's image and from disseminating it by any unlawful means.
The MODEL certifies that he/she is not bound by any exclusive contract governing the use of his/her image or name.
The MODEL certifies that he/she is fully aware of his/her rights and acknowledges that he/she shall have no claim to any remuneration for the exploitation of the rights referred to in this contract.
The MODEL agrees in particular to the following:
- publishing the audio-visual material on the website of the Joint Programme “Human Rights and Democracy in Action” and on the YouTube Channel of the Council of Europe.
- publishing the audio-visual material on related CoE and EU websites, platforms and social media channels including YouTube Channels and on other Council of Europe partners’ platforms
- promoting the audio-visual material during meetings and events
- playing the audio-visual material on TV screen near a meeting room/stand.
