1. Preliminary Observation

2. PM X-Y Unit

Clean and lubricate drawer rollers and rails

Check faceplates and screws

Check unit responds to changes in temp. settings

Check alignment when PAL is powered on

5e. Dilutor

Check integrity of tubing set, including flanges

Clean and lubricate plunger drive and bearing

Check secure mounting

Functional test when PAL is powered on

5f. Valve Self Washing System

Check for and repair any leaks

Replace Needle Seal (sleeve) and duckbill valve

Check condition of peristaltic pump and tubing

6. Re-assemble PAL, power-on and test

Re-install any components removed during PM

All positions and objects OK

Check external plumbing and cabling

All other settings OK

Perform syringe wash

Perform valve wash

Plunger speeds

Needle penetration depth

Remind user to adjust depth on new syringes

Update firmware (if applicable) and make backup
