Administration Traineeship

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Maintain the training database for all in-house training attended and external training completed.
  • Coordinate the registrations for in-house training, including sending out calendar invites to employees for internal training courses
  • Send out reminders to attend training
  • Distribute training certificates to staff and scan and save in electronic personnel files
  • Book internal meeting rooms as needed
  • Meet and greet trainers in the absence of the Coordinator Learning and Development

  • Disseminate relevant information to students and their families within agreed timeframes.
