All new undergraduate program proposals and major program changes must include student demand data (OUAC data) provided through the GIS enrolment tool.

In addition, proposers may obtain graduate and undergraduate enrolment information, SEU information, budget information, etc., specific to the programs in their AAUs (based on an approved template) (broken down by year, semester, gender, nation of origin, etc.), by contacting the Office of Institutional Analysis.
