o Grouping
o Instructional Materials/Assessments.- resources
o Space
o Planning
· Potential Adaptive Challenges: (Potential adaptive challenges we need to anticipate and plan for)
o Staff may experience a loss of confidence that teachers can meet the needs of all their kids
o The intervention design may be an unfamiliar model and there may be distrust that it will support the students more than what they are doing now
o Some teachers may have teacher preferences that have been appearing to be directives due to the way the information is communicated
o Decision making process and approach might be unclear
§ Who makes initial decisions, who makes final decisions, what kind of input will be gathered, how will that input be processed
o There may be lack of clarity on what research base intervention is supposed to look like
o We may have a lack of experience Thinking and Acting Interdependently
· Write a plan for approach
