Please Note:
- Only one form is needed for a single exhibition/venue. If there are two or more named artists exhibiting then please list their names in section 3.
- The named contact (section 1) is responsible for the collation of all fees and images relating to the application.
- Completed applications must be received by 1st July 2015.
- Every artist must be a member of Plain Arts Salisbury to take part in the Salisbury Art Trail. If any artist is not a current member (for the period April 2015 to March 2017) then they are to each complete a Membership Application Form and submit that with their membership fees separately.
- The Steering Group retain the right to edit any information provided to ensure that it can be included within the Art Trail Brochure.

We encourage all participants to be open from 10.30am – 5pm daily from 3rd to 11th October (2 weekends) and to find somebody to ‘fill in’ for times they cannot be in attendance. We suggest that participants make every effort to be open on a Sunday as weekends are the busiest time for visitors.

Images should be high-resolution tiff or jpegs around 1-3mb. Please title your image files with the name of the artist and submit them to
Please ensure your email message, image files and application form are all easily identifiable by the artist, venue or group’s name. Groups should submit all images at the same time along with the application form.
All images will be displayed landscape. Please consider this when submitting artists images. They will be cropped to fit as necessary. We will not accept montages of multiple images. Please do not submit images with watermarks.
Plain Arts Salisbury does not accept any liability for your exhibition. Please confirm that you understand that all listed artists accept full responsibility for their own insurance.
I confirm on behalf of all the artists listed above that we absolve Plain Arts Salisbury of any liability to the public visiting the venue.
