1)  Consideration and Decision of the Minutes of the Commissioners’ Public Agenda Session of January 27, 2014.

NEW BUSINESS

1)  Consideration and Decision of Resolution No. 2014-02-015. A Resolution approving a revised State/Local Agreement for the Webb Road to Flat Iron Road Project No. A013(892), by and between Nez Perce County and Idaho Transportation Department, and further providing for an effective date.

2)  Consideration and Decision of Resolution No. 2014-02-016. A Resolution providing for determination and disposition of surplus property of Nez Perce County, and further providing for an effective date.

3)  Consideration and Decision of Resolution No. 2014-02-017. A Resolution authorizing Robert H. Tippett, as Chairman of the Board of the Nez Perce County Commissioners, to execute on behalf of the Board of Commissioners, a FY16 Local Highway Safety Improvement Program Application through the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC), and further providing for an effective date.

4)  Consideration and Decision of Resolution No. 2014-02-018. A Resolution authorizing Robert H. Tippett, as Chairman of the Board of the Nez Perce County Commissioners, to execute on behalf of the Board of Commissioners, a FY16 Local Highway Safety Improvement Program Application through the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC), and further providing for an effective date.
