The license for an exhibition may be applied not later than 6 weeks before the show date.
The judges to be invited or changes may be announced to the licensing person at least until 6 weeks before the show.
Please use the same form, which must include the appropriate C-number.
The data of the judges must be complete, otherwise the judge cannot be licensed on this license.
The exhibition will be published on the webpage of the WCF, when the license-number, the place and the date of the exhibition are confirmed.

Enter here the short name of all mainclubs, which co-organize the exhibition.

Make a cross, which exhibition you will organize. Multiple crosses are possible.
For example: You organize an international exhibition and also WCF-rings, then you make a cross at both.
05a – 05b Joint-Show
Provide the clubs and the organization, to which the club of the non-WCF organization belongs.
Important: Please read the Internet site (Rules-Show license), what a Joint-Show is.
You must send the application 6 months before the exhibition to the2nd vice-president.
The judge, who will forward the report and catalogue, may not be from one of the organizing clubs and must send the report and catalogue within 10 days after the exhibition to the show commission and the 2nd vice-president.
06 Masterrings and planned Special Shows
Enter here the Masterrings, Double-Masterring and so on, authorized by the WCF office.
Special shows: Please write here the names of the breeds, for which you plan to make a Special Show.
Or describe shortly which Special Show you plan to do.These informations will be entered in the show calendar.
07 – 08 C–numbers
You will receive these C-numbers (Certificate-number) from the treasurer or in case of emergency (if the treasurer is not available) from the WCF-office, when you have paid the license fee. You may also buy more than one C-number in advance.Please enter this C-number in the application for the license, the C-number is mandatory!The C-number will be included in the show license.
09 Date of exhibition
Please write here the date in the following format: dd.mm.yyyy
Examples: 15.-16.10.2009, 05.10.2009
First enter the day with 2-digits. Then enter the month with 2-digits, and then the year with 4-digits.
10 Continental area
You will find the continental areas on our Internet page.
11 Country
Please use the 2-letter country code, as it is standardised by ISO. You will make our work easier.
12 Region
Please write: (numberof region) name of region,
if your country or continental area issub-divided into regions. You will find the regions on our Internet page or in the appendix of the Show Rules.
Examples: (7) Far-Eastern region, (1) regiao 1, (5) South Australia, (3) The South 1
13 Name of judges
Please write the First name and do not abbreviate it.Enter always the country, from which the judge comes.
Enter also which hair categories the judge is allowed to judge: AB = All breed, LH = Longhair, SLH = Semi-Longhair, SH = Shorthair, SOSH = Siamese-Oriental Shorthair.
For non-WCF-judges: You must enter the organization, by which the judge is licensed.
Examples: Anneliese Hackmann, DE (AB), Eduard Borras, ES (AB,TICA), Iris Loockx, BE (LH,SOSH, WCF-guest)
Examinations of Non-WCF judges, who belong to neither a WCC- nor a LOOF association must be checked by the judge commission before licensing.
If this data is not completely filled out, the concerned judges cannot be licensed for the exhibition, and consequently they are not permitted to judge on the exhibition.
Applications will beprocessed only iftheycontainall the required informations, date of request,signatureandstampof the club.
