We are looking forward to seeing you and your team at the Big Bear Wrestling Tournament sponsored by Pepsi Nei Bottling, the Cass Lake Chamber of Commerce, 3X- Wrestling Gear, and the United States Air Force. This letter contains information regarding the tournament.

PLACE: Cass Lake-Bena High School and Middle School

WEIGH-IN/SKIN CHECK: 9:00 am each day

COACHES MEETING 10:00 am each day

START TIME: 10:45 am each day

ROSTER SUBMISSION: Submit rosters to TrackWrestling by 10:00 pm on Thursday, December 17. Head coaches have been contacted by Brian Glynn with passwords and access to TrackWrestling for roster submission and information. See the website for more information.

Wrestler’s Storage: West entrance hallway. Area will be unsupervised.

OFFICIALS: We have 10 certified officials from across the state for the event.

TRAINERSfrom Choice Therapyin Bemidji will be available throughout the day.

BUSSES: Unload at the “Flag Pole” in front of the High School then park in the back of the High School or Middle school lot. Please be advised the DOT has a habit of visiting our event in the past for bus checks.

Wi-Fi Access:There will be limited access in both gyms for coaches and managers. Fans may have to use their own data packages to follow the event.
