Picture Announcement

Teachers, pictures for your students are now in your boxes and should be handed during second period. We will also pass out ID’s as soon as they are sorted and they should also be handed out during 2nd period. Picture retakes are on Wednesday, October 25. Students are only eligible for retakes if they purchased pictures or were absent on our initial picture day. You cannot retake simply because you do not like your ID photo.

Football Ticket Announcement

Friday, October 6th is the Battle of the Axe game between Lewisville H.S. and Marcus H.S. Discounted tickets will be available for sale to the general public during block lunch on Wednesday and Thursday (10/4 and 10/5).

Tickets go fast so don’t wait: Adults $6.00 Students $4.00. LHS Killough does not sell tickets on game days.Tickets at the gate are $8.00. **Staff passes may not be used for admission into this game**

StuCo Announcements

-Homecoming dance tickets are on sale today during lunch ONLY in the concession stands.

-Today StuCo has a workday! Come and help out as much as you can.

-Thank you to those that wore Hawaiian While Marcus is Cryin¹. Tomorrow will be Overall Day because we will Run ³Overall² the Marauders.

-Come grab your BOTA shirt during lunch at the concession stand for $15.

Open Gym Announcement

Today during block lunch we will have volleyball during open gym. Remember that food and drink are not permitted in the gym at any time.

Science Club Announcement

Science club is cancelled today.

SOM Prize Table Announcement

A prize table will be set up in the hallway on Friday, October 13, during block lunch. Students who received an award for the month of August may come grab a prize at this time. Congratulations to each of you!

Dodge Ball Tournament Announcement

Open gym will be hosting a two week dodge ball tournament during block lunch on the weeks of Oct. 11- 13th and Oct. 17-20th for anyone interested in participating. This will be a ten team double elimination tournament format. Each team will have a total of 8 members including its captain. The tournament registration form will be emailed and linked to a Google doc on Monday morning . Only the first 10 teams submitted will be entered into the tournament. ONLY TEAM CAPTAINS WILL NEED TO SUBMIT HIS/HER TEAMS' RESGISTRATION FORM. Use this time wisely to formulate your teams for registration. More detailed information regarding tournament scheduling (dates and times) will be emailed to team captains upon acceptance into the tournament. This will be an amazing experience for everyone!
