The student is expected to:
Demonstrates good sportsmanship and safety precautions while interacting with others in Pre-Kinder thru 5th grade level activities.

Respect yourself and others.Teach students to appreciatethe accomplishments of others by praising each other.
Stress participation for the sake of having fun rather than winning or losing.

Before each activity stress safety precautions relating to the specific activity.
Check equipment daily for damage and discuss proper use & care of equipment.
Check playground area for hazards (glass, potholes, etc.)
Prohibit eating during activity. / Encourage the students to recognize each others’
accomplishments.
Be a positive role model:
Praise & encourage students to join you.
Stress fun-discourage competition.
Reward positive behavior or outstanding sports-manship with stickers, certificates, etc.
