Registration Form along with registration fee & abstract should reach to the Organizing Secretary by July 15th, 2011. The details of the D.D. should be sent along with Abstract by e-mail.

The closing date for the Bank Transfer is by 15th July’ 2011. The Participants will be responsible for all the charges incurred in the transaction. Write ‘International Conference -2011’ & your name on your money transfer. Attached photocopy of the Bank transfer with the registration form or send through e-mail or fax.
Important:
- Foreign delegates are required to attach their photograph with registration form & mention the passport number.
- Accompanying person fee includes tea/coffee, lunches, dinner only (No Conference material).
- Registration Form will be accepted only with full payment.
- The acceptance of the paper for presentation will be intimated after scrutiny only.
- All the confirmation of registration will be intimated by e-mail only.
- For the Desk Registration only cash in INR will be accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be granted only on written requests before 15th Aug’ 2011(50% of the fee + Bank & other service charges). No refunds will be granted after this date.
Accommodation:
Those registering before July 15, 2011 will be provided accommodation on request at Delhi University Guest House. Registration fee includes Accommodation facility also. Others will have to make their own arrangement at their own expense. No portion of the registration fee will be refundable in such cases. Guest desirous of making hotel reservation may do so at their own expense.
To avoid inconvenience, delegates should inform their arrival and departure dates and details by e-mail in advance.
