TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR PRODUCTION COMPANY

Dinner Reception Entertainment

BACKGROUND:

The Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) is spearheading the Philippine Tourism Road Show in Australia on 22-26 August in the cities of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

The Road Show will provide an avenue for showcasing the latest developments in Philippine tourism, including new destinations, products, services and tour packages. It will consist of product presentations, one-on-one meetings, and networking activities in the cities that have been identified as top sources of outbound travel.

TPB will be combining leisure and MICE segments in the road show to create a more cohesive and expansive promotional activity for the Philippines, inviting under one venue travel agents, incentive travel planners and organizers, and association leaders involved in organizing regional and international conferences.

Part of the program is the hosting of the dinner reception and entertainment for the invited buyers after each business session at each city.

In view of the above, the DOT-TPB is in need of a production company that could provide an entertainment package featuring the services of a group and young talented performers during the event.
