Qualifications and Training /
- Graduate status or equivalent
- Evidence of recent relevant professional development
Experience/Knowledge /
- Significant experience in a customer focused, data and information environment in an education context using a range of software applications.
- Experience of developing and implementing relevant policies, practices and procedures in line with current and future government legislation and guidance national best practice.
- Liaison with partners to scope information requests and management information reporting arrangements
- Producing management information reports for a range of audiences
- Experience of delivering training on relevant data and data packages, including commercial ICT systems and software
- Experience of working a multi-functional team in a dynamic work environment
- Experience of implementing change processes in the workplace
Skills/Abilities /
- Analytical Ability:
- Understand the construction and use of performance indicators
- Interpret complex and detailed quantitative and qualitative data accurately and quickly
- Identify key issues accurately and interpret and explain trends and relationships
- Ability to construct meaningful management information reports using a range of datasets in a range of formats to reflect customer requirements
- Ability to:
- enthuse and motivate others and develop effective partnerships
