We have changed our requirements for PEO related job orders. Now, the order may be submitted just as you would submit any order; however, we will also require a verification letter from the PEO:

·This letter must be on the organization’s letterhead.

·It must be recently dated.

·It must include a statement confirming the relationship between the PEO and the business.

·It must include the PEO’s Federal Employer I.D. Number (FEIN). (The NY State Unemployment Insurance Employer Registration Number (NYS UIERN) is also acceptable.)

·It must be signed by and include the contact information for an employee of the PEO.
