The convention hotel offers a contingent of rooms for our visitors, at a special rate of € 99.90 /night incl. breakfast. To benefit from this special rate, please book your room by June 15, 2015 and indicate “Perceptron Users’
Meeting” when making your hotel reservation by phone, telefax or e-mail.

Registrations will only become valid through our confirmation in writing. Registration deadline: June 19, 2015. Our invoice will be sent with our registration confirmation, and we would like to ask for your payment within 14 days from invoice date. In case of short-term cancellations(< 5 workdays before the start of the users' meeting), we reserve the right to retain a cancellation fee of € 50 per person to compensate for the costs incurred by us.
With your registration, you agree that your business contact data will be stored for organisational purposes, and that your name and company will be listed in the List of Participants provided as part of the convention package. All further details of our visitors will of course be treated as confidential. However, we will be glad to assist in establishing contacts between visitors if desired.
With your registration, you agree that Perceptron or the invited members of the Press may take photos showing you at the users' meeting, and use them in press releases, reports or other publications in connection with the Perceptron Users' Meeting.
