Wages Protection System - WPS
Wages Protection System (WPS) is an electronic salary transfer system that allows institutions to pay workers’ wages via banks, bureaux de change, and financial institutions approved and authorized to provide the service.
The system, developed by the Central Bank of the UAE, allows the Ministry of Labour to create a database that records wage payments in the private sector to guarantee the timely and full payment of agreed-upon wages.
People™ has developed an Online utility by the name of People™ - WPS Gateway to enable Employer, Bank of Employer and Agent to auto communicate with CBUAE WPS server. MAF Finance is certified Agent with an Agent ID 085 and Perfect Pay cardis powered by MAF Finance.

Since WPS has been introduced, paying salary in cash is not an easy task hence People™ has introduced a payroll card and an employee don’t need to have a bank account to qualify as it is a prepaid card. Any of your employees can take it regardless of salary amount, position, etc.Perfect Pay has all security features comes with any credit card and equipped with Personal Identification Number – PIN for security to the cardholder.
Perfect Pay solution has the option to generate different MIS reports and it can be produced in agreed frequency an/or need basis.
Online Portal
Perfect Pay has an online portal for employees where they can log in to manage their accounts 24/7. The portal is on a dedicated secured server using https technology and employee can access by using secured login and password.
WPS Files
As per WPS prescribed formats, People™ will facilitate customer name by providing .SIF & .RRI files. customer name then needs to send it to its Bank so it can be uploaded into WPS for further processing.
Training
Customer name’s Relationship Manager will provide relevant material on how to use Online portal and ATM.
Reporting
Perfect Pay has a comprehensive reporting system where current and past reports ofcustomer name related to Perfect Pay card can be retrieved to help in making business decisions. Type of reports, frequency, delivery via Email and retention period will be mutually agreed before hand. On customer namebehalf, Perfect Pay can provide a monthly report on salary disbursement to the Ministry of Labour – MOL to fulfill requirements.

People™ has an internal Compliance & Audit system to ensure all the processes are as per CB UAE and/or any other concerned regulatory authority and to facilitate external audits on need basis.

Process/SOP
SOPs in between People™ and customer namewith respect to Perfect Pay are:
People™ to help in completing the registration form to open a salary transfer account with Ajman bank, if needed
People™ to help in completing Customer MIS form for the first time along with Purchase Order wherecustomer name will provide the details of the designated Custodians for receiving the employee cards and for the PIN mailers.
customer name will provide Customer MIS form by filling up the template along with complete Perfect Pay card employee applications. customer name will use the Customer MIS form on monthly basis to add and/or cancel Perfect Pay Card along with employee applications.
customer name to provide each employee’s passport copy with visa stamp page
customer name to provide salary details in .SIF or refund in .RRI format to prepare .SIF and .RRI, in order to this free facility
customer name will provide any data amendments in .SIF or .RRI files within a reasonable time that may be related to the employees or customer name details
customer name to provide the salary details as per the file format ensuring that a sufficient fund is available at Ajman bank or other banksto ensure the timely disbursement
customer name will send salary file on an agreed date (if date falls on weekend and/or public holiday then same should be sent a day before) via email () after scanning the signed PO and affixing company stamp
