Pennsylvania Sled Dog Club, Inc. Membership Form
Eligible persons and groups will become members upon receipt of dues. Dues are
payable on or before June 1st of each year. If dues remain unpaid by July 1st,
membership shall lapse. Dues received at any time of the year shall be applied to the
current membership year, except dues received during May, which may be applied
toward the following membership year.

____Senior Membership – Open to persons 16 years of age or older. Member may cast one vote, hold office, participate in club functions and receive PSDC publications. Dues

____Associate Membership – Open to persons 16 or older and to organized groups.
Members may not vote nor hold office. Participation in club function with non-member
status. Member will receive club publication. Dues $18.00
____Junior Membership – Open to person 18 years of age or younger. Member may not
vote. Member may participate in club functions. Dues $6.00
____Family Membership – Open to family groups. Maximum of two votes per family
group. Members may hold office and participate in club functions. One copy of PSDC
publication will be provided. Dues $25.00
