Dear[Entrant’s Name] ,

Thank you for your entry in the 11th annual [Club Name]ASCA TD/TDX Tracking Test on Sunday, February 15, 2015. There are 3 TD dogs entered and no alternates. There are four TDX dogs entered and one alternate.

Congratulations! You have drawn TDX catalog number X104 (Catalog #4). As you know, there are four TDX tracks.

Please confirm ASAP your intention whether or not to run.

You should allow 30 minutes to drive from Normandy Road to the Staging Area.

All TD dogs and handlers must be at the staging area by 7:45AM on Sunday, February 15, 2015 at which time there will be a drawing to determine the running order. Entrants not present at the time of the drawing will be marked absent. Judging will begin when the tracks are sufficiently aged. Bitches in season are allowed to run in the test, but will run the last track(s). All TD exhibitors must be through the closed and locked gate by 7:15AM. All TDX exhibitors must be through the closed and locked gate by 9:00AM. The TDX draw to determine the running order will be at 9:30AM.

There will be a complimentary breakfast offered before the TD test. All participants are also invited to join the judges and tracklayers for a complimentary lunch.

We usually meet for the draw at the staging area on Skyline Road. There is adirt parking area with a pit toilet and some covered areas. All dogs will be required to be on leash while at the staging area and at all times during the test. If there are wet soil conditions this year, we may be meeting farther down Skyline Rd at an alternate parking site. We may be shuttling handlers/dogs out to the test sites. Most likely we won’t have room to shuttle observers. Please bring a chair.PASA tries to be a green club, so also bring a refillable water bottle and/or coffee cup.

To minimize damage to dirt roads, please bring any guests with you and/or carpool if possible. Per BLM rules, there will be a $5.00 per day/per person use fee (PASA will pay for exhibitors and workers).

PLEASE NOTE: The 2015BLM back country pass which will be sent to you is only for your vehicle. If you intend to bring in a second vehicle, let us know so that we can send a second pass. The BLM is tracking the number of cars this year. Please tape the pass to your back window.

Thank you so much for entering our test! I hope you will have fun and enjoy your tracking experience!
