Pee-Wee Wrestling Tournament
When: Friday, March 4, 2016
Weigh In: Satellite Weigh-In Week of Feb 29-March 2 (please see note below)
Registration: Friday, March 4, 2016 from 3:30-5:00 pm
Start Time: First round will begin at 5:30 pm.
Location: Wray High School 30074 CR 34, Wray, CO
Entry Fee: $20.00 per wrestler (Includes dinner for the wrestler)
Admission: $4.00-Adults, $2.00-Students, 5 and under-Free
Awards: Trophies for 1st place, Medals for 2nd, 3rd, & 4th
SATELLITE WEIGH-INS: Wrestlers must weigh in with their club coach the week of February 29 to March 2. The club coaches must use the attached form and email their roster of the wrestlers participating in the tournament by Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 10 PM to wrayeaglewrestling @hotmail.com. Please fill out completely! Coaches are responsible for writing weight/age on the wrestler’s right arm. NOTE: Tournament directors reserve the right to check any wrestler’s weight and age they may deem questionable. Please bring proof of age in case questions arise. Entry fees will be required for all wrestlers that satellite weigh in and there will be no refunds. No Friday Weigh-In’s.
The age for all wrestlers will be their ages as of January 1, 2016. Proof of age and insurance will be required.
Weight Classes:
Ages 5 and 6: 30,35,39,43,47,52,55,59,HWT
Ages 7 and 8: 47,51,55,59,63,67,71,75,HWT
Ages 9 and 10: 55,60,65,70,75,80,85,90,95,105,HWT
Ages 11 and 12: 65,70,75,80,85,90,95,100,110,120,HWT
Wrestlers will be put in 4 man round robin brackets when possible.
RULES:
1. Collegiate rules will be followed with the following exception:
a. All age groups will wrestle three one-minute periods.
b. 45 minute rest rule will not be in effect
c. All wrestlers will wrestle a minimum of two matches. We will use 4 man brackets.
2. 2 coaches per mat will be strictly enforced.
3. There will be a cap of 250 wrestlers.
ALL TOURNAMENT OFFICIALS ARE UNPAID VOLUNTEERS AND ALL PROCEEDS TO GO THE WRAY WRESTING PROGRAM.
The concession stand will be open all evening and will be operated by the Wray Wrestling Club.

The undersigned parent or guardian consent to the participation of the named wrestler in the Wray Wrestling Club Pee-Wee Tournament. The participant and his/her parent or guardian release the Wray Wrestling Club from responsibility and damages or injuries suffered directly or indirectly in the Tournament on March 4, 2016.
