About the NCD Monitor Family

Monitor quality and resolution has a great impact on end user productivity. NCD offers high quality, high performance monitors to round out our desktop solutions offerings. NCD monitors are compatible with our Network Computers, ThinSTAR Windows-based Terminals and Explora devices. NCD monitors are available in 15, 17 and 21-inch sizes and support a variety of resolutions. All monitors include a standard three-year warranty.

NCD Monitor Price Changes and new UPC codes

NCD is pleased to announce price changes on our line of Panasonic 15, 17 and 21-inch monitors and the addition of UPC codes. The ADI monitors are not affected by this announcement.

Ordering and Pricing

The new pricing for NCD monitors will be effective June 1, 1999. Orders placed prior to June 1, 1999 will be charged current pricing. The following table includes the part numbers and new prices for NCD Monitors (US configurations and prices) International partners should check with their NCD representatives.

**Effective 7/12/99 (reflects cost increase from $1,595 due to worldwide flat panel supply constraint)

The UPC codes for NCD monitors listed in the table below will begin appearing on the monitor boxes July 1, 1999.

Backorders

NCD is accepting orders immediately. Once the products become available, backorders will ship on first come, first served basis.

·  June 21, 1999 NCD Monitor Price Change announcement

·  June 21, 1999 First date to order monitors with new pricing

·  July 1, 1999 UPC codes appear on monitor boxes

·  July 12, 1999 NCF15FP price increase effective (availability August 16, 1999)

Support and Maintenance Programs

All NCD monitors include a 36-month limited warranty (plus an additional 3-month “shelf-life” warranty offered to the distributor/reseller). Uplifts and extensions to this warranty are available for “sell through”.
