Present: Jacque, Shelly, Jessica, Megan, Angela, Jennifer, Maria, Susan & Tiffany

Absent: NA

What do we want from the board over the next year? Green=added to Strategic Plan

  1. Megan: liaison role work more thoroughly, how to support other agencies (especially smaller agencies…help each other weather the storm)

2.  Angela: increased participation in network membership (quarterly meetings & trainings)

  1. Maria: address the workforce issue-how to make trainings available to folks who can’t attend (no time to attend the trainings); do more with frontline supervisor training, more TIC & develop a plan & incorporate compassion fatigue, everything seems to tie together (keep it simple…person centered…)
  2. Jacque: more partnerships with jail system & hospitals, see where current member agencies are at & ensure we’re all on the same page
  3. Jennifer: more partnership with medical system

6.  Jessica: increasing membership, increase attendance (possibly offer webinars)

  1. Susan: put together a PBS consultation team (struggling implementing PBS, or with a particular member) “PBS experts”, increase liaison role, create a plan & help it take you there (doesn’t have to be huge goals)
  2. Tiffany: how to make PBS a priority/ensure it into your cultural & make it a philosophy for everyone you interact with

9.  Shelly: Goodwill partners with Grandview, look at partnerships, present to colleges

  1. Increase participation: solicit feedback, share mission statement & share why its so important why they come

11.  Add as a standing agenda item to Quarterly PCHS Provider Meeting: Maria will add this but want a board member to share this (Susan will do 1st one)

Review of Strategic Plan:

  1. Priority 1: put on hold for a year because of computers
  2. Priority 2: complete
  3. Priority 3: put on hold for a year because of computers
  4. Grow Liaison Role-add this goal? have 1 face-to-face & 1 phone contact annually
  5. Priority 3: Expand Training to non-PBS network entities: explore opportunities to partner with other associations for training

Liaison Agencies:

  1. Megan: Coordination team, Hope & Broadlawns
  2. Maria: PCHS, ISA & COC
  3. Tiffany: Link & Mainstream

  5. Susan: Optimae, Mosaic & Eyerly Ball
  6. Shelly: Goodwill & Stepping Stone

To-Do:

1.  Add to Quarterly Membership Meeting: review liaison responsibilities list & have liaisons meet with their contacts, push trainings more (make this a standing agenda items)-print monthly calendar, survey for PBS Consultation Team (what would be beneficial & do you have anyone at your agency who would want to participate), discuss core values & focus on 1 at each meeting (start with ‘growth & development’=biggest )
