AP Payment information

·  Payment for AP exams can be made by cash, check, or through PayPAMS.

o  Payment by check :

-Checks should be made out to Clark High School or PISD.

-In the memo line, please write your student’s name and ID number.

-Each AP exam regular fee is $94.

-Students on free/reduced lunch program AP exam fee is $10.

o  Payment by PayPAMS:

Go to https://paypams.com/HomePage.aspx

-On the main menu, look for: AP Test – Clark High School (only select the test your child will take)

-Once selected you will be prompted to go to the following option to continue the

payment process and make your payment:

-A $3.00 fee has been added to each regular test in order to use PayPAMS.

-No added fee for free/reduced lunch students using PayPAMS. Fee is $10 only.

This is what a student on free/reduced lunch will see

-If payments are made to incorrect options, a refund will be processed. The user will be

contacted by the director and payment will need to be completed again.

·  Refunds due to incorrect option payments through PayPAMS:

o  If a refund is needed, parents will need to contact the Clark Counseling Team Leader, Cindy Dakota at 469-752-7219.

o  If the refund is for the full amount, the refund will be credited back to the credit card that was used to complete the payments through PayPAMS. (If the credit card has expired, or has been taken off the account, a check will be issued to the account user of the PayPAMS account.)

o  If a refund is for a partial amount, a check will be issued to the account user of the PayPAMS account.
