Proposals were received on January 17, 2006 for the above project. As discussed in the Request for Proposal, the proposals were first checked for responsiveness. Responsive proposals were then evaluated and scored. A passing score of 70 points or more would allow a proposal to be read at the bid opening on Monday, January 30, 2006 at 2:00 p.m.
The following proposals will be read at the bid opening:

· Perceptive Enterprises, Inc; Los Angeles, CA
· RGM and Associates; Concord, CA

The following proposals did not meet all requirements and will not be read:
· Barnhart Labor Compliance Services, Inc. San Diego, CA
· Superior Quality Control; Santa Clara, CA
Attendance at the bid opening is not required. Should you choose to attend, the bid opening will be held at: California Department of General Services, Real Estate Services Division,
707 Third Street, 4th floor; West Sacramento CA 95605. Please sign in at the security desk and obtain a visitor’s badge. Visitors should wait in the reception area on the 4th floor and will be escorted to the meeting room at 2:00 p.m.
Results of the bid opening will be posted on the CSCR website, www.cscr.dgs.ca.gov/cscr, under the Special Announcements link at the center of the page.
