Treasurer Stewart Barnes handed out the Financial Reports for the period ending April 30, 2014. He went over his Annual Report as Treasurer for the 2013-2014 year. The report noted accomplishments of game day cash management being more controlled, greater division of responsibility, independent oversight of all books and records and the admissions tax issue being resolved. Areas noted by Mr. Barnes that need improvement are more funds to the General Fund, timely distribution of data to teams, more involvement and accountability of team representative for spending, accountability and control, better communication of membership and sign sales, concessions points to be calculated by concessions committee and to clean up designated accounts. Discussion followed on inventory control and budget procedures. Lori Privott, Julie Wheeler and Susan Mini will meet with Crouch CPA PLC to discuss the reports needed for the team representatives.

Duke Baldridge, Fundraising, went over the fundraising report for the year. He discussed that the sign sale procedures could be revamped for the coming year. He reported that fundraising has a big job ahead with the funds needed for the fieldhouse.

Sandra Kuehn, Concessions and Stacey Ripple, Volunteers, reported that they had some trouble manning concessions for spring playoff games and they would like to see JV teams take this responsibility if the Varsity team is playing. Stacey Ripple reported that 76 events were held during the school year. There was some discussion on how to handle teams that did not sign up to work their share of games.

Carol Deyerle, Membership, went over the passes sold for the school year. She will train Erin Hutchinson for next year.

Trudy Brailsford, Community, reported on the Community events held during the year. These included the Hall of Fame banquet, the fall, winter and senior sports banquets, honoring the 40th anniversary state football team, and sport signings for graduating athletes.
